If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:

A 5% cancellation fee will be charged.

(b) After 12 hours (package not yet shipped):

The order can still be canceled, but a 25% processing fee will be charged.

The remaining amount will be refunded.

(c) After the package has been shipped:

The order cannot be canceled.

If you discover any quality issues within 60 days of using the product, you can:

Request a refund: A $29 handling fee will apply to cover our shipping and processing costs.

Request a replacement: We will replace it with a brand new product or a similar product of equal value, free of charge. This replacement service is limited to one use only.

After 90 days: No refunds or exchanges will be offered after this period.

Silicone dildo precautions: To ensure the best experience and perfect hygiene, we recommend replacing the product after approximately 90 days of normal use.
