- Changes (shipping address, product or size): free of charge if your order hasn't been packed yet, so contact us within 12 hours
- Cancellations within 12 hours of purchase: refunded minus a 5% payment-processing fee (charged by PayPal or your bank, not by us)
- Cancellations 12–24 hours after purchase: 20% cancellation fee, as your order has already been packed
- After shipping: orders can't be cancelled or changed, but unopened items can be returned under our 60-day return policy

Every Blackdildo is made from high-quality, body-safe silicone that's odorless, oil-free and smooth to the touch. It's gentle on sensitive skin and allergy-friendly.
Care tips:
- Wash with warm water and mild soap before and after every use
- Sanitize with hot water when needed
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Water-based lubricant only.
Silicone-based and oil-based lubes react with silicone and can leave the surface sticky or damage it over time.
For hygiene reasons, all sales are final once the sealed bag has been opened. Unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
To start a return:
- Email support@blackdildo.com with your order number
- We'll send you the return address and instructions
- Ship the item back unopened in its original packaging
- Your refund is issued within 24 hours of the item arriving at our warehouse
If your item arrives damaged or defective, don't use it - contact us within 14 days with clear photos or a short video, and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Damage caused by improper use isn't covered.
